Why the company was formed. Meridian was designed around a common delivery problem: program decisions were scattered across technical teams, schedules, and contractor reports. The company’s operating model puts delivery leadership close to the working team so decisions, risks, and handoffs do not disappear between meetings.
Managing principal. Mara Ellison — fictional profile. Mara Ellison is a fictional program-delivery leader with a background in information systems, operational reporting, and transition planning. In this demonstration biography, she is responsible for delivery quality, staffing decisions, and client communication.
Working model. Meridian uses small accountable teams, brings specialist support in for defined periods, and plans transition work from the start. The client sees who owns each decision and what evidence supports it.
